Pros

One of the larger children's mental health service companies in the state of Hawaii. If you want to work in that field they may be your only employment choice.

Cons

The company is on the end stage of going out of business. The owner is abusive and drives employees out of the company on a regular basis. My seven months there saw five other executives resign or quit because of the harsh environment. In addition the company has been on the loosing side of profitability. I can't see it lasting more than another year before collapse unless some dramatic event occurs.
