Pros

Supportive team and local leadership that actually cares Autonomy to take on creative projects and lead initiatives Opportunities to build real-world skills in marketing, customer service, and operations Flexible with scheduling (especially for content shoots and creative work) Laid-back work culture with low stress compared to corporate settings Direct impact on the local community and customers Lots of trust if you prove yourself — you’re not micromanaged Great place to learn how to wear multiple hats and stay versatile

Cons

Limited upward mobility unless someone leaves or transfers Pay could be more competitive for the amount of responsibilities taken on Benefits are decent but not standout compared to larger companies Work can get repetitive, especially during slower seasons Creative projects depend heavily on self-motivation — not a lot of structure Smaller team means you’ll often juggle multiple roles without clear job lines Tech and tools can feel outdated at times

Pros

Great co-workers and benefits. There was employee appreciation through anniversaries and birthdays annually, with a company party and bonus at the end of the year.

Cons

Unorganized company. High turnover rate due to the duties and customer difficulties with low pay. No chance of career growth.
