The people here are fun to work with, the wages are adequate for the living wage in eugene, but don't expect to buy a house.

Cons

the wages are almost perpetually frozen for anyone, not on the collection floor. Like any collection agency, the legal ethics on display are questionable, the moral ethics are completely bereft.
