Pros
Take home truck, no weekends, little oversight during typical workday. You get to run your scheduled route on your own. Owner is fair to employees, does not demand too much.
Cons
Some times trouble calls (emergency calls from customers) can be burdensome making the work day stressful trying to figure out how to respond in timely manner. Most days not that way.
