Pros

Liked some employees. Snacks pre-Covid. CEO is transparent and trying his best.

Cons

Tough luck if you’re a BIPOC junior and want a raise or promotion. I redid work done by untalented mid and senior level art directors too many times. I enjoyed WFH bc the office is terrible. ZERO privacy literally all glass! Perfect for micromanaging. Too many cliques too. A lot of condescending attitude if you have an accent, like you’re a child learning how to talk. Some bosses favored employees who were so untalented but blonde and pretty. The CEO is great but new unlike a lot of the director level people who been here for years and have their own biases. Fellow BIPOC who had BIPOC managers seemed a lot happier than me. I left to work for a diverse team at a multicultural agency and am much happier.

Pros

Everyone below senior level had the same grievances of underpaid and overworked so it is easy to get along with employees. There are lots of snacks which may be to delusion you into thinking the benefits are worth the low pay.

Cons

I worked here for almost 3 years and did not get a single raise nor bonus. I was told by management that there was no budget, but people in other teams were getting promotions and new hires with the same experience or less were getting paid more than me. It was normal to work 60hrs a week. Account management would tell me to not log the honest hours I worked. They overwork people and do not repay them. If you want to feel appreciated and have a future in your career, look elsewhere. Dallas has plenty of other ad agencies.

Pros

It’s a part of Publicis which means there are options for an escape.

Cons

Poor fiscal management, verbal abuse by some members of the executive leadership team.
