There is no teamwork. Somehow, there is a toxic cut throat power politic within a small organization. There is a culture of blaming other team members or functional groups. There is very limited collaboration. Information is not shared. There are no systems or processes. There is very little direction given. There are very limited resources to make wholesale change that is needed. You will have to work long hours.
