The pros are that it’s not hard to get hired on because of the continuous turn over. Great place to gain experience right out of law school and then take that experience to a better firm!
Cons
Very toxic management. No consideration for well being of associates, paralegals and support staff. Partners are selfish and lazy. Damaging to your mental health. High billing requirements for very low pay.
