Pros

The jobs offered are okay for people who are fresh out of school but you'll need to start to look elsewhere if you want to excel in your career and receive competitive compensation.

Cons

• Low salaries/compensation • Not much room for climbing the corporate ladder • Sorority-like atmosphere is negative • Bad office gossip and politics • Lots of conversations behind closed doors

Some of the positive reviews seem very contrived.

Pros

• Beautiful work space • Wonderfully talented group of designers • The product is gorgeous! • Dog friendly office

Cons

• CONSTANT focus on revenue and hitting goals, constant. (even if you are in the design department). • VERY low salaries • The workload is unreasonable, ridiculous in fact • Not a 9-5 position, frowned upon if you do not work overtime • Jokingly referred to as a "sweatshop" • The CEO is so out of touch from her employees, but thinks otherwise.

It's a real mess.

Pros

They have unlimited paid time off.

Cons

This place is very poorly run, and the pay is terrible. No HR, no onboarding, lots of cliques, and people talk behind each other's backs. Management is deathly afraid of conflict, and they sideline employees when they speak up. They also undervalue their employees. When the one SEO guy moved on, they didn't replace him because they figured his job wasn't that important, until they realized it was VERY important. Plus, they just slam you with work nonstop. It's a real mess. Go elsewhere!
