It is with great disappointment that I write this terrible review for Hawthorne Foundation that has demonstrated a consistent trend of favoritism and has created deplorable working conditions for its staff. As a concerned individual, I feel obligated to shed light on the negative experiences endured within this educational environment. One glaring issue is the rampant favoritism shown towards certain staff, while neglecting and undermining others. This prejudiced treatment undermines the principles of fairness and diversity that should be upheld in any learning institution. It creates an unhealthy learning environment, where staff feel discouraged and diminished. Students who happen to be part of the chosen few receive preferential treatment, enjoying privileges that are denied to the rest of the student body. Another distressing aspect is the evident bias when it comes to disciplinary actions. It is disheartening to witness teachers receiving preferential treatment based on their connection to staff members or social status, thus escaping the appropriate consequences for their actions. This fosters a culture of irresponsibility and undermines the integrity and effectiveness of the disciplinary system. The administration's failure to address staff concerns, such as inadequate resources, heavy workloads, and lack of professional development opportunities, takes a toll on the morale and overall job satisfaction. As well as horrible pay at the school.
