      Pros

      A really friendly company and a genuinely nice working environment. Flexibility of hours (early or later starts). Comes in handy if you're actually more of a morning person (like me!) Opportunity to work from home occasionally and a pretty good place to progress if you're looking to move up the career ladder.

      Cons

      You have to drive. Initially I didn't drive and it was a bit of a pain getting lifts to and from work as the office isn't commutable by bus/train. No fancy healthcare and benefits package but you can progress quickly which more than makes up for it.

      Pros

      Haybrook IT gave me a chance knowing that I had a completely different career in mind before staring, they were happy to be flexible whilst in this process and continued my own development whilst within the company. I have made some very good friends and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I would 100% recommend for young ambitious people, Even for people who are not sure what they want to do as Recruitment never occurred to myself but now if my circumstances changed would definitely look to go back into. they provide great training to get you started!
