Beautiful oak trees and quiet community. Hosting monthly resident events was fun and well attended. Residents were very understanding when repairs took longer than 24 hours. There are many upper management team members in Oregon to encourage you to reach out for support. The annual Manager's retreat in Oregon wine country was spectacular! The owner is very generous and kind.
Cons
Older property with large ferral cat community and old boilers. Boilers repairs and main water line leaks occurred several times within a short period of time. Maintenance understaffed. Lack of respect rampant with subordinates. Rehab (upgrades) challenging to keep on task with make readies due to budget and man power. Be prepared to work long hours and fill in weekends.
