      They fly you out to training in San Diego Decent pay Sales experience New industry

      Cons

      Not enough gas money They lie and go behind your back They'll post your job online They hate their customers Incompetent supervisor who micromanages They'll promise you perks such as gift cards and then "forget" about them. No sick time, 1 week vacation a year

      I honestly can't think of any.

      I find it very odd that there were 5, 5 Star reviews posted within a week after two bad, but truthful reviews were posted. Especially because the last review was from 2015. A little birdy told me, management is kindly forcing current employees to post 5 star/amazing reviews about the company. Stay classy Hayes. Stay classy.

      Good pay if you can play their game.

      I worked at this company for 1 week total. I was only given 1 day of in office training and was given 1 week to learn new operarating system and two softwares. No hands on training. When after 1 day of being in office- I was quizzed on software. When I said I was still shaky on navigating- I was let go. Very poor training. Again I only had 1 full day of hands on training with the previous owner that are now leaving. Worst experience ever!
