      Nice office location if you don't want to be stuck in the city Great culture and energy which trickles down from the board of directors Opportunities for growth in the role are significant Interacting with impressive brands and the different agency teams tend to work together well Support always available and plenty of training opps Visibility on the progress of the agency and exposure to how Omnicom operates Socials are great fun

      It's a fast paced environment in the new business role, and working with the different teams, so you need to be flexible with your calendar.
