      Pros

      Good pay if you don't plan on living in the UK.

      Cons

      Poor communication between departments and from higher management. High employee turnover. Misleading job descriptions and empty promises. Profit > people.

      Favourable salary for office staff. Opportunity for graduates, but no long term career prospects.

      Cons

      Very poorly managed, no sense of direction from Head of departments. People placed in management positions without experience or leadership qualities. Be wary of leaving a secure position for a position here, Haygrove will drop you like a stone no matter if you've worked here for 15 years or 5 months.
