Pros

I couldn't really think of a good reason why I would recommend this job to a friend or anyone else.

Cons

The work hours are very very long. Management wants to focus on training but there isn't a time in a day for it. On project training calls all the employees are working while the call is going on in the background.

Pros

Literally can’t think of any

Cons

Here’s what you can expect working for Haystack: - Zero work/life balance: management sends out company-wide praise for employees who cancel their personal plans and holidays to work. They will pressure you to work as many hours as possible. - Boys Club/Deeply Engrained Diversity Issues: Haystack keeps and promotes extremely unprofessional, discriminatory white men who have multiple complaints against them to HR. The CEO sends out bizarre, stream of consciousness emails around holidays that reinforce sexism and racism. The internal diversity committee is run by a white man and is only focused on fixing Haystack’s industry reputation. - Rampant disorganization: Haystack’s priority has been acquiring as many companies as possible without meaningfully integrating the groups of employees or workflows. As a result, simple tasks become overcomplicated and complex workflows require 24/7 management. - Mediocre compensation: on paper, the salaries are about average, but when you factor in how many hours you work, it’s far below industry standard. Would rate zero stars in all categories if possible.

Pros

I can't think of any!

Cons

You are forced to work through holidays, completely and totally inefficient workflows (especially for work that isn't even complicated), loves to coddle discriminatory male managers. There is no respect for personal time and low salaries! I can write a trilogy of books to lists all of its shortcomings but I will leave you with one word of advice: RUN!
