      Pros

      As a Software Developer, the chance to learn new technologies such as Docker. Flexible, results driven work environment. Knowledgeable, hard working coworkers.

      Cons

      This might be a pro to some people, but working in Tysons Corner was quite a con in my opinion. Horrible traffic all around.

      Pros

      The team at Haystax is a very competent set of people all working towards a common goal. Management is very open and accessible and every individual feels like their voice is heard. The CEO takes time to do lunch with every employee at least twice a year to build relationships. Lunch and learn sessions are held every other week so employees are exposed to new areas.

      Cons

      Can't think of any at his time.
