Too many to list, however here are some main ones: *Product: Great Idea! However, in reality: No product, totally fake - all smoke & mirrors, no direction, poor execution. Instead, they rely on individual talent/efforts to create miracles. *Leadership: Non-existent. A few pretenders that have been buying time. *Pay: Below average. *Coworkers: Mostly decent and hardworking individuals that are fed up.
