This might be a pro to some people, but working in Tysons Corner was quite a con in my opinion. Horrible traffic all around.

This is an innovative, fast-paced technology company that is doing great things to protect public and private sectors from insider threats. I work with an amazing team that works hard and supports one another…..this is not just within one department put the company as a whole. Even though it is fast paced environment the commitment to work-life is still evident from the CEO down to the managers. Weekly lunches tied with learning sessions that keep us all informed about the company, our solution, and whatever is going on in the industry. Thursday evening get-togethers allow us all to get to know one another in a relaxed atmosphere. Haystax is committed to our customers and the entire Haystax team is committed to making sure our customers are getting an amazing solution and service.

I can’t think of any downsides here but if I had to say something…. Each team shares an office space and this works out great for us because we are all on the same page and learn from one another. But it becomes difficult to communicate between the teams because it seems like we are closed off. However, it’s not that big a deal because everyone is available via office communicator and office doors are always open and everyone is always ready to help.
