      Pros

      None. At least the automated paychecks don't bounce.

      Cons

      Revolving door of upper management with authoritarian style of leadership. All decisions determined by the almighty dollar without regards to people or product. Toxic environment. I guess that's what you get for being run by Element Partners, a growth equity firm.
