      Secure job. indoor. Management is always gone and smoking or on the phone

      Cons

      Well if you like getting overworked for little pay. Work here. Place is covered in roaches and rats. Nobody speaks fluent English not even the manager! Horrible company. Horrible also is the other related company transcend. Working people for less pay then fast food! Feel bad for anyone working for either two of these companies Hayward Quartz and Transcend.

      Long tern work stability. Very challenging work loads. Good people to work with. Very good place to learn and train for your next job.

      Cons

      Promotions are very limited. Limited benefits. Limited opportunities. Under paid. Over worked. Very tough to get benefits. Unrealistic expectations. Poor leadership and lack of accountability.
