      work with young professionals, nice people, and good facilities. in the field of seed companies, probably the most advanced in Israel in terms of facilities and knowledge. yearly profit share and bonuses, covers your phone purchases, pays for fuel to work, and lunch on site, and sick leave from day one.

      Cons

      low pay rates, raises are insignificant. difficulty in mobilizing upstream- heard also from people who worked there for many years. HR leads are disconnected- don't make workers feel safe or appreciated, as felt by managerial levels, too. a part of a big conglomerate- makes processes slow, difficult to make big decisions, and implement changes.
