Overall, this was a very difficult workplace experience. Management lacked organization and effective leadership, resulting in poor communication, minimal collaboration, and inadequate staff support. There was little to no ongoing education or guidance, and patient and staff safety were ongoing concerns. I would not recommend this workplace.
