Good people at the company, the benefits package has improved, wide client base

Stuck in the same ways of working for the last twenty years and not adapting to the industry, no obvious growth plan from a senior level other than ask employees to do more, losing a lot of their longest-serving employees and replacing them with graduates / junior Consultants.
