Cons

No Jobs Guarantee. Any time Hiring & Firing going on. No stability of the company. No future planning for the company. No HR interception. No Hikes on salary. Management is dull condition

Great place to work at . Excellent place to learn .You get to work on several technologies. Flexible timing and a knowledgeable team . Excellent work culture. No seniority issuses, you can even call your boss by his name.

Cons

No canteen. You have to bring your lunch or else eat outside. Limited space considering the total number of employees.
