Great place to gain lots of experience working at a small business. The pay however is below standard. (Almost Min Wage)

Pros
Casual working environment, catered lunches, health benefits, great coworkers.
Cons
Disorganized and very high-stress for not a lot of pay. You are expected to perform a senior-level job yet you are paid as much as an intern. There is not a lot of room for career growth. Also, the fluorescent lighting, fruit flies, clutter, and no windows gets to you after a while.
