      The yearly awards and thats it

      Cons

      Dont pay a decent London wage, Unreasonable targets, Don't let you sit down, You hardly get a lunch break, Have to hand out vouchers on the street. The sales targets are really high and its only if you can sell products that you get far in this company. I would score Headmasters 0 if I could I really regret wasting my time on this company.

      the only pro is that you get 35 percent off products

      horrific hours terrible training bad management they dont care about you as a person or human they just care about the money treated like slaves racist and homophobic not gonna lie slags off all the clients and staff uses slurs against clients and staff

      Pros

      There aren’t anymore. The pros were the franchisees and staff I worked with but they have all gone now.

      Cons

      headmasters, many years ago used to be a lovely place to work. However since covid they have become money grabbing, don’t look after staff at all, and close salons left right and centre when they are still struggling post covid. They even take franchises away without sticking to their own terms of agreements to help said franchises. The company don’t care about you, all they care about it targets targets targets and selling products. It’s completely lost it’s friendly welcoming vibe. Staff are miserable, over worked and massively underpaid. You’ll get just over minimum wage and be expected to work the worst hours and told that commission will bump you up. However to actually hit commission with there constant sales and discounts it’s near on impossible to do so
