      Systems not fit for purpose Bad/Immoral practises Misleading to their clients,customers and staff Low morale amongst staff Different rules for different staff members(Favoritism) Ignorance to staff bullying and other inappropriate behaviour Unfair workloads to some staff members Working hours

      Pros

      The company has friendly staff, nice offices, an interesting brand and a relaxed atmosphere where all staff cooperate well.

      Cons

      Very poor salaries and rewards, along with highly-questionable leadership lead to disengaged and demotivated staff at all levels.
