      Pros

      It is in WeWork so ample of opportunities to network around and find other jobs CEO actively looks at this website, and not at people which is a plus point 45 - 60 hour work week is considered beneficial for the employees, calls to the US office at evening are more important

      Cons

      Work From Home policy is broken HR is Full time WFH, Tech bros are full time in office Bad for joining as a junior, u will not be treated well

      Great colleagues Everyone is helping and treat each other equally(Except managers). Good place to learn Flexibility in time and work(very rare to find)

      Cons

      Managers are damn partial especially with junior people. Rules are made weekly and managers are the first to break them. If you break a rule and you are junior, the very first thing you'll listen on starting your day would be the rule book, but yes if you are senior resource you are allowed. and yes if you are managers favourite even if you do nothing you'll be applauded for doing nothing. There are many like this.

      Once of the best companies

      Pros

      - Work life balance - zero micro management - compulsory leave on Saturday and Sunday - Best culture - Best Environment - Friendly colleagues - Good Salary - Friendly management - US colleagues are very friendly. They speak very nicely with you.

      Cons

      - WFH policy is not applicable to all. HR is allowed to work from different location (different state) but employees in Mumbai have to come to office regularly. Few employees work from Pune (from home). - At the time of joining there is no clarity on your roles and responsibilities - At the time of joining, HR doesn't call you or give you number. All the communication is on e-mail (even salary negotiation). In case if you want to discuss anything then it's an issue. - Flat structure. There is no hierarchy. If you have 10-15 years of experience then too you will not get a chance to lead a team.
