Given current situation, business here is actually as usual. Teams are putting up almost 12-14 hours daily during this WFH setup. There is complete disregard to understand that this is not typical WFH situation, team members are required to help their families cope up with extra work at home, take care of needs of parents and spouses as they cant go out themselves. Children are not in school or with nanny or maids due to lock down and that entire responsibility is on team members. Good companies across world are giving some breathing space to their teams so that they can spend some quality time with family while taking care of them and also do some introspection, take care of their health, rejuvenate or learn something new. There is lot going out in world outside, but management here running crazy to deliver everything, not sure why.
