Employees are treated like numbers Lack of structure Lack of empathy Lies during interview You get positive feedback, then you fired the next day without prior conversation Low pay Management says different things in your face, next day you learn they talk behind your back They keep changing your tasks, it's chaotic and disorganised. Then you are accused of why the other hasn't been completed even though you've been given longer deadline I could keep going...
