Pros

They know how to recruit. Your co-workers will be hard-working and bright.

Cons

The irony of this employee wellness company is they care very little about their own employee wellness. The insurance is subpar, the vacation time is minimal and they pay more attention to time and attendance than employee morale. Managers at main office are either condescending to offsite staff or will simply "ghost" them when seeking support or answers.

Pros

Reference reviews for Interra Health to learn more about this company. They've recently merged out of desperation and are very similar. Your coworkers will be great, that's your "pro".

Cons

There are 0 true business professionals managing the company. Morale is extremely low and will continue to be low. Clients are fleeing as quickly as wise employees. Don't jump on a sinking ship.

Pros

Can be used as a career stepping stone. Some co-workers are lovely to work with (only a select few) Good learning experience on how to not run a business.

Cons

Underpaid Leadership is non-transparent on company financial status and we are an employee owned company.. not cool! Very high turnover rate Technology is extremely outdated Onboarding and training is nonexistent Lack of resources to be successful in role. Loosing clients and business. If you are offered anything during job interview - such as work from home privileges - insure to get that in writing. This company will gaslight you. They promise to make process improvement and improve technology. They have tried to make changes, yes. However, majority of promises are unfulfilled. The changes are ineffective.
