Pros

- Super supportive team, everyone's patient and helpful - Fun vibes, especially during team events - Meaningful work—you really see the impact - Flexible hours, some therapists even study while working - Management’s open to feedback - Ongoing training, you're not on your own - More hours = more pay, good earning potential

Cons

Most cons are shared upfront: - Freelance setup, no work = no pay (includes leave and being on MC) - Hours can be inconsistent - No CPF, bonuses, or major benefits (just ~$200 for basic health stuff) - Lots of travel, can get tiring with back-to-back sessions - Getting more clients isn’t always easy, so hours/pay can stall - Some parents can be challenging to work with

everyone is very welcoming! love the company outing where we get to play games and understand our team members much better. supervisors are so helpful and makes working environment less stressful!

Cons

working hours are flexible, at times WH can be inconsistent due to clients last min cancellation. but admin team is helpful during such cases.

Idk fast promotion maybe, it's not even about qualifications anymore, it's about when and how many people they need

Cons

The management is 2 faced and will back stab you. Transport fee has to be earned with a certain number of hours to hit but they don't give enough clients for the hours to be met.
