      Pros

      The work is interesting and valuable in the clinical research industry.

      Cons

      The company is not structured well. There is poor leadership, unclear company direction and unfortunately, the environment where people are working is sub-par. Not a positive environment and not geared towards building employee skills. Just get the work done and stay quiet establishment.

      The purpose of the company is outstanding and needed.

      Cons

      CEO is very knowledgeable. However his values are in the wrong place. There is no respect for employees or clients. Do not expect any loyalty from current Management. Be careful on expressing your opinion, it may put you out of a job. If you don't mind being thrown under the bus due to CEO deception, this is the place for you.
