      Work-life-balance. Rewarding work. Direct impact to the health and well being of Canadians. Great colleagues.

      Cons

      Bit of a disconnect between senior levels of management and the working level employees. Red tape is an issue. Projects that should take a short time to implement, at times, drag on for much longer than necessary.
