Pros

Work among dedicated professionals who are all committed to the same goal of ensuring as many people have access to affordable health care in Massachusetts as possible. From the Executive Director all the way down to the interns, a welcoming atmosphere is created where all input is valued.

Cons

I truly do not think that I could offer a con about my time at HCFA.

Pros

The service they provide is exceptional, as are the people who run the company. Everyone here is extremely knowledgeable and open to new ideas.

Cons

Because its a non-profit, the resources are pretty scarce here. It's difficult when you need to commute, and procuring resources for outreach can be difficult.
