      Purpose-driven culture with meaningful work

      The company is very higher purpose oriented and focuses on the mission. They care about the people and culture and are always collecting feedback and looking to improve. People can genuinely bring their authentic self to work and can expect to have a positive work life balance. The work itself can be meaningful and there is never a dull moment.

      The market is tough right now and the teams can sometimes feel the pressure on performance.
