      There are some really amazing people still there. Depending on the department, there is still a good work life balance.

Additionally, there is a growing disconnect between leadership's strategic direction and daily operational realities, leading to execution challenges on the ground. Things feel very disorganized. People are stretched thin.

      Good vision and products have the potential to make an impact.

      Cons

      No process and a very autonomous culture. No team collaboration. No one knows what other teams are doing. Trying to expand in India, but it feels like we are two different companies—and there are no opportunities to grow. Titles and compensation do not change at all.
