      Work from home Time flexibility Easy mindless job profile

      Cons

      Nothing to learn No weekoffs, no leaves (have to work 15 days continuously and one then will get one Sunday off) Paycut without any legitimate reason or prior notice Overtime compensation seldom approved even after working for 11 hours at a stretch No diwali bonus Terrible management No definite standards and rules. Company rules keep changing Authorities manipulate

      wrost work culture, not paid in time , no work offer here some people is pressure employees for work at low salary joined such companies i suggest you join some call center , Government should take action against such companies

      worst company ever, to increase rating on google they are begging employees to rate them good(5star) ,but actually the company is worst, no salary on time ,no time schedule ,Sundays and holidays are working, they call people even when pandemic is going on without any security ,they remove people whenever they want
