      Pros

      Some good support from team leader. Regular 1 to 1 meetings. Feedback seems welcomed. Some limited flexibility in how hours are worked.

      Cons

      Heavy workload. Not valued as an individual once recruited. It is all about getting enough patients seen and having a high enough work rate. Not enough admin time.

      IT system is good and software is easy to use

      Cons

      Workload is high and back to back cases, often lacking time to complete work in usual paid hours. Sickness pay is two weeks which is scary should illness occur, it seems this OH company cares little for the welfare of their own staff. Training and updates are in your own time or lunch breaks. There is little support for staff and totally a blame culture if a complaint is received
