Incompetent management, unprofessional, outdated systems

Middle management is very poor, no cooperation between departments. Growing too fast to keep up with demands. If management likes you, they will give concession for incomplete tasks. If they don't like you, they will nitpick and micromanage you into a living hell. Have seen multiple hardworking employees fired for speaking up to middle management. Middle management is horrific. Very political, too much backstabbing, too much time spent by middle management micromanaging and watching people rather than solving problems and trying to streamline communication between departments.
