Stay as far away from this place as you can. The COO Pam Smallwood is toxic to anyone she comes involved with. Pam is negative, hateful, controlling and eye rolls at the employees! She promises anything and everything in the interview and never follows through. Believe nothing Pam says!! The COO I saw one time she also promised stuff to a dept and never followed through. If you want all the energy and happiness sucked out of you then this is the place for you. It’s a horrible place!

Terrible leadership-the CEO & COO They fire people at the drop of a hat They turn active Medicaid patients away and then cover it up Never have the correct medical supplies and it is very hard getting them to order what we would need aka using the wrong size needles for pediatric patients We’ve had 6 managers in the past few years because they either get fired or quit They currently double book and triple book patients for the same time slot so the patients will get angry when their appointment should have been over an hour later. They currently have lawsuits against them. They fire people in the middle of their shift and give no warning and no explanations.
