      Pros

      I have been working with the HSi leadership team for multiple years and can say they truly value all their employees. They do what they say and mean what they say, going out of their way to make everyone feel more than just a number.

      Cons

      Would like to see more competitive benefits - premiums are very expensive. Other benefits like maternity/paternity leave would be welcome.

      Pros

      HSi means family. Since I started working for HSi, I have always felt like part of a big family. The easy going individuals that work and run the company are so easy to talk to, it’s like sitting down and talking to a brother or sister. I feel like no matter what, HSi has my back. The flexibility of my job and the all the employees is unbelievable. My team has such great camaraderie that I look forward to our weekly meetings. I feel very blessed to have been chosen to work for the awesome company and with these wonderful people. I love it and plan to retire from this company.

      There are no cons for this company unless you don't like to be happy
