      Decent pay and benefits, but draining staffing issues

      Pros

      - starting pay is okay - work around your schedule (can have manys days off in a row if you work many days in a row) - good benefits - on the job training - working with patients - repetition job

      Cons

      - work short staff everyday so very draining - pay should be higher - so many policies - late shifts if you are a closer and do not get paid much more for being a closer - not appreciated - have to work every other saturday

      Great work hours Staff and patients are like family Good benefits and PDO Laid back, but professional

      Cons

      Sr Admin doesn't support or back the staff at facilities. Every issue that arises is always turned back on employee to make it their fault, causing them to get wrote up and/or terminated depending on race.
