      Actions weigh more than hollow tears.

      Pros

      The mission that has now been decimated, was once inspiring.

      Cons

      Like many companies, they lean into the “we’re a family” message. In practice, it often feels like a way to ask for just a little more from you every single day. You want to believe the words coming through the teeth. You want to believe they care about the people they claim to serve. You want to believe they care about their employees. At the beginning, you might even believe it. But eventually the actions outweigh the sentiment. And the decisions outweigh the tears.

      Overall nice coworkers Remote friendly They try to bring in fully-remote employees a few times a year Flexible scheduling Can be great if you're primarily mission-focused on working with chronic health populations

      Low pay for desired experience and skills Benefits are just okay, not anything amazing Partial return to office mandate for local employees Low opportunity and budget for training and continuous learning Business stability is very much based on direct to local and national consumer pharma-advertising regulations which are becoming more restrictive every year
