Pros

- Free evening snacks, - Good 6 months hike (Only if you deliver good) - Location is within city (if Airport road office only) - Good for Beginners not for Laterals - Startup company so, opportunity to portray skills - Good for Passionate Engineers - Provision of Sodexo - Flexi timings

Cons

- No Onsite opportunities - Extreme Micro Management - Need to cover time 8+ Hrs (Inside office walls ,not first punch last out) - No enough parking - No culture activities ( Now recently started) - Lucky if you get technologies to learn (Depends on project) - WFH very restricted and choosy - First impression is the last impression - Policies keep changing every 3/6 Months - Health policy doesn't cover many things - InHand salary is reduced because of don't know what calculations - Variable pay is 10% of CTC or more - Small infrastructure - Less clients with any Process - No Automation testing

Thanks for sharing the feedback. We have covered responses to most of the points raised here in previous posts. Adding response for onsite opportunities. Onsite travels vary from project to project in terms of opportunity, frequency and duration of the stay. On an average, in a year atleast 10% employees travel onsite.

Pros

Free snacks Bi-Annual hikes Near to city limits Good initial package Some managers are eligible and those are good Not much into process, so no curtailing on new implementations

Cons

Micro-management from CEO to lower level managers Scrutiny after some initial years when you try to question the stagnated system and long established wrong approaches New manager and Top level management sucks and they are more into narrow minded politics Management considers its employees as political pawns and try to demotivate them once they find you as a resource with dependency Recent policies are nothing but narrow minded cost cutting measures by management to rationally cut out employees perks under umbrella of rules Their is no room for interaction or challenging of any policies, they will cut your voice giving nonsensical reasons Too many cons when you think of their narrow minded management filled with incompetent delivery manager.

Pros

Nothing except free snacks in evening

Cons

Lot of regionalism and bullying by some old employees I guess the hr is just hired to write good reviews on glassdoor 😂 No sense of ethics manners, the office environment is like a cafe on the roadside, you might like it if you are a fresher. The mid term increament is just a gimmick
