I am reading these reviews and I am literally sick to my stomach. Human Resources has boosted company morale?! These fake, “encouraged” positive reviews can be easily discounted—just go talk to any staff member in Medical Management. I know of dozens of complaints of harassment, workplace hostility, sexism and racism which have been swept under the rug. The stress is getting worse, not better. Today, they fired talented, hard working and skilled staff in a mass RIF. No one is left to do the work, but we should be grateful that we are now incredibly top heavy and have a ratio of 10:1 staff to VP. Only the newbies are left. Everyone knows to keep quiet and Brown nose or you’re out of a job. It’s all politics at HCP and the bold lies that we are told by the executive staff is astounding. One week we are doing great on admissions, the next we have to let staff go because of money issues, and in the same afternoon we are all brought to the Garden City hotel in a sickening display of spending on a venue that costs thousands of dollars. Then we're told that the executives knew nothing about the list but that our owner somehow, from thousands of miles away, made up the list of people to let go. Really? It's an insult to our intelligence. Good job HR. It’s time to go.
