      Opportunity. Income. Growth. Was able to learn recruiting and grow my skills in a sales position Gained experience in dealing with vastly different personalities in a talent pool and how to manage an external workforce

      Cons

      Recruiting in general is difficult and can be very stressful. It is not a position for everyone. Company will train and provide the resources needed to be successful but it is still very stressful and you must keep your numbers up quarterly
