      Great way to integrate into education system and work with kids on behaviorally level Learn a lot about motivation of behaviors of not just specific kids but general children population

      Pay is okay and there is potential to be involved with kids who react violently to certain behavior management methods

      Purposeful work in the midst of competent and caring leaders is the best way I can describe HCRS.

      Post pandemic remote work can make it hard to engage. Even in 2024, there is still a significant number of employees working outside of the office.

      Communication is quick. Will always respond in a timely manner.

      Cons

      We get canceled very easily, and they do not follow up with other shift opportunities. We it is hard to get paid and pay bills when I'm being cancelled on almost every shift I pick up. The facilities need to be fined for last minute cancellations...
