Executive team will tell you exactly who they are and what they are insecure about
Cons
- Run by racists & predators who love a fascist leader and actively vote against their employees (they brag about their biggest selling point being a bilingual call center then actively vote against immigrant rights and lick the boots of a fascist regime) - Double standards for executive team and their many relatives who work at the company - Not one of the employees (including director level) feels safe and trusts the executive level members…the environment is uncomfortable, untrustworthy, and morale is constantly in the gutter - Their product isn’t profitable and they likely won’t survive much longer, what a shame

Every day brings new challenges and opportunities for learning, which keeps things exciting and keeps everyone on their toes. Teamwork, a collective drive to overcome obstacles and keep pushing forward was what motivated me everyday while I was there. The leadership team is super passionate about providing affordable healthcare they're not only visionaries but also accessible and supportive mentors who genuinely care about the growth and development of every employee. Another aspect I appreciate is the emphasis on work-life balance. Despite the fast-paced nature of the work, there's a strong emphasis on flexibility and well-being. Overall every team member is valued and empowered to make a meaningful impact.
Cons
The company's scale-up mode means there are inevitable process challenges, but what's remarkable is that everyone cares and want to move the needle in the right direction. Focus on the positive and how you can impact the change and you will be heading in the right direction.
