The management of this department is so adamant and senseless that they will delay the sponsorship as much as they can. They can even withdraw your file even if your visa is going to expire. -400% overload, work in weekends -You basically don't build your career just by coding without getting any subject knowledge (unlike other programming jobs in other companies) -They want everything out of you but not willing to help you a bit to help you.
